You’re omitting my favorite! As the left worked itself into a tizzy over Sarah Palin not being able to cite the names of the “periodicals” (quaint term!) that she read, during the VP debate, Biden said:

“The idea he [Dick Cheney] doesn’t realize that Article I of the Constitution defines the role of the vice president of the United States, that’s the Executive Branch. He works in the Executive Branch. He should understand that. Everyone should understand that.”

Indeed, the ever-so-experienced 30+ year Senator confused Article 1 of the Constitution - which concerns the establishment and powers of the Congress - with Article 2, which covers the executive branch and “the role of the vice president of the United States.”

He got a pass, of course.

Which me wonder: exactly what “Special Topics in Constitutional Law” did he teach if he didn’t get through Articles 1 and 2?
